FreedomSoft’s MailNow system makes it simple to send direct mail campaigns without exporting lists or relying on a mailing house. With just a few clicks, you can send postcards or letters to multiple records at once by adding them to a mail sequence.
Follow the steps below to send direct mail to a list of records:
Sending Mail to Multiple Records

Select your list

From the dashboard on the Home page, or

From the My Lists page under the Leads tab.

Need a new list? [Learn how to build a list.]

Have an existing list outside of FreedomSoft? [Learn how to import a list.]

View all records

Once you’ve located the correct list, click View All to see the records inside it.
Select records to mail

Check the boxes next to the records you want to mail.

Use Select All if you want to send to the entire list.
Start the direct mail process

Click the orange More Actions button.

Choose Send Direct Mail from the dropdown.
Choose your Mail Sequence

Select the appropriate sequence from the dropdown.

ALWAYS click the eye icon to preview before sending.

Click the box to accept the terms (hover the i icon to review).

Finally, click the blue Send button.

Tracking Your Direct Mail
Once your mail has been sent, you can track stats directly from your Home tab.
