FreedomSoft makes it simple to import your data so you can quickly start working with your prospects, leads, buyers, and contacts. To ensure your records are placed correctly, review the data types below before beginning:
-
Seller Prospects and Leads → Import into a Seller List under the Leads tab.
-
Buyer Prospects → Import into a Buyer List under the Leads tab.
-
Buyers List (active buyers you work with) → Import directly into the Buyers tab.
-
Contacts → Import directly into the Contacts tab.
Note: Your data must be in spreadsheet format, ideally saved as a .CSV (comma delimited) file. This removes formatting and ensures a smooth import.
