FreedomSoft’s Direct Mail system allows you to send as little as one postcard at a time—unlike most mail houses which require minimum orders of 250 mailers or more. With FreedomSoft, you can send direct mail to one person or thousands—whatever makes the most sense for your business.
Sending Mail from the Property Snapshot

Open the record’s Property Snapshot. You can do this in two ways:

Search the property’s address in the Smart Search bar (Smart Search lets you search for any property nationwide from the FreedomSoft home screen).

- Or, if you are already viewing the record in FreedomSoft, click the View Snapshot button.
2. At the top of the Property Snapshot, click the orange Send Direct Mail button.
(Note: If the record is not yet saved in FreedomSoft, clicking this button will automatically save it.)
3. Select the mail sequence you want.

Click the eye icon to preview.

Check the terms box.

Click the blue Send button.
