Keeping track of your direct mail is simple with FreedomSoft. You can monitor the progress of all active mail sequences across your account or drill down into the status of mail tied to a single record.
How to Track the Status of All Direct Mail in Your Account

Navigate to the Marketing tab and select Direct Mail.
2. Click the black triangle icon to expand details for any active mail sequence.
From here, you can see:

Pending – Mailers queued up for a future date.

Sent – Mailers that have already been sent.

Failed – Mailers that could not be delivered (e.g., undeliverable address).
Tip: Hover over Pending, Sent, or Failed counts to click through and view the specific records included.

How to Track the Status of Direct Mail for a Single Record

Navigate to the record, then select Mail Sequences in the left-hand menu.
2. View all past and present sequences for that record.
Additional options:

Restart a completed sequence.

Stop an active sequence using the red Stop button.

Stop in bulk by selecting multiple records, then choosing Stop Direct Mail from the orange More Actions menu.
By combining account-level tracking with record-level visibility, you’ll always know exactly where your direct mail stands.
