Once you have added a record to a mail sequence, you may want to prevent pending mail from being sent. FreedomSoft gives you three different ways to stop pending mail:

Stop mail for a single record

Stop mail for a group of records

Stop mail automatically with a status change

Stop Pending Mail on a Single Record

Navigate to the record you no longer want to send mail to.

Select Mail Sequences in the left side pane.

Select the active sequence and click Stop.
Stop Pending Mail on Multiple Records

Navigate to the list or group of records you want to stop mail for.

Select the applicable records.

Hover over the orange More Actions button and select Stop Mail.
4. Choose the mail sequence you want to stop running on these records.
Stop Pending Mail Automatically with a Status Change

Go to Settings, then click Workflow Automation in the left pane.

Click the edit (pencil) icon for the workflow that contains the status you want to edit.

Click the blue + icon for the status and add the Stop Direct Mail action item.

Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.
