Accessing Call Automation Settings
Log in to your FreedomSoft account. From the main dashboard, click the dropdown next to your name and select Settings.
In the Settings menu, click on Call Automation to access your call routing configurations. Then click Add Call Automation to create a new automation.
Creating a New Call Automation
Enter a Name for your automation, such as “AI Live Answer,” to clearly identify its purpose.
Then click Add New Step to begin configuring how incoming calls will be handled.
Configuring Live Answer
Within the step setup, select Live Answer as the call handling option. This ensures calls are answered immediately when they come in.
Connecting Your Voice Agent
In the Live Answer settings:

Choose Voice Agent from the available options
Select the specific Voice Agent you want to handle calls
Once selected, click Create Call Automation to save your configuration.
Assigning Phone Numbers
After creating the automation, assign it to your phone numbers.
Navigate to Call Automations from the side menu open the Call Automations list and find your newly created automation.
Click the dropdown arrow on your newly created automation labeled Nothing Selected and choose the phone number(s) you have designated to route to AI Live Answer.

Once your phone numbers are assigned, your AI Live Answer is fully configured and active.
