Connecting your Google Calendar to FreedomSoft allows you to use it for appointment scheduling for AI Voice Agent bookings.
Start by opening your account settings:
- Hover over your name in the top bar
- Click Settings from the dropdown
From there, navigate to the Google integration area:
Select Google Integration from the left-hand menu
- Click Connect Google Calendar
You’ll be redirected to Google to complete the connection:
- Choose the Google account you want to connect
- Click Continue
- When prompted, click Allow to grant access
In some cases, Google may show a permissions checkbox screen instead. If so:
- Select the checkbox
- Click Continue
Once completed, you’ll be returned to FreedomSoft and your calendar will show as connected.
Using Your Connected Calendar
After connecting, your Google Calendar will be available in your appointment scheduling settings, including within the AI Voice Agent.
You’ll be able to select it from the calendar dropdown when setting up appointments.
Notes
- You must grant Google permissions for the connection to work properly
- If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you select the correct one during setup
