FreedomSoft's built-in Document Generator allows you to create professional documents in just a few clicks. Once your Document Templates are set up, you can generate and send documents quickly using merge fields that automatically pull in information from your leads.

How to Generate a Document to Send to a Lead:
1) Navigate to the lead record for the recipient. Click the orange More Actions button, then select Generate Document.
Note: This is the recommended method since it allows FreedomSoft to populate merge fields from the lead record automatically.
2) Choose either a Custom Template or a System Template, then click the next arrow icon.
3) On the next page, review which fields FreedomSoft has automatically mapped to your document based on the merge fields.
4) Preview your document, then click the Complete button in the upper right-hand corner if everything looks correct.
5) Once generated, you will have the following options:

Email
-
Fax
-
Sign (use FreedomSoft’s Digital Signing feature if a signature is required)
-
Delete
6) To track the progress of documents that are Out for Signature, return to the documents icon in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen.
