Sometimes you just need to send a single contract, agreement, or form for signatures without creating a reusable template. FreedomSoft makes this easy with the one-off upload option in the Document Generator. Use it to upload a file, add signature fields, assign signers, and send—then track status in Signed Documents.
How to Send a One-Off Document
1. Start a new document

From the home screen, click the Signed Documents icon.

Click New Document (top-right).
- This page also shows the current status of documents out for signature.
2. Upload the file & add signers

Choose New Document and upload your file (PDF/compatible format).

Enter each signer’s name and email; click Add Signer to include additional signers.

Add yourself as a signer if needed.
3. Prepare the document for e-sign

Click the next arrow to open Prepare Documents.

Drag any of the five fields onto the document: Signature, Initials, Textbox, Checkbox, Date.
- Assign each field to the correct signer using the Assignee drop-down.
4. Review & send
- Click the next arrow icon

Enter a Document Title and (optional) Email Message to recipients.

Click Send Document.

Track progress any time under Signed Documents (viewed, signed, completed).
