In FreedomSoft, you can send an email to a single recipient or broadcast to a full list of leads. Email templates save time and keep your marketing consistent. You can use one of FreedomSoft’s pre-built system templates or create and customize your own.
How to Add or Edit an Email Template
1) Hover over your name in the top-right corner of any screen.
2) Click Settings.
3) Select Templates in the left pane, then click Email Templates.
4) You will see two sections: Your Templates and System Templates.

To upload a new template, click the plus (+) icon.

To edit an existing template, click the pencil icon.

To duplicate a template, use the duplicate icon.
5) Once inside the editor, customize the template with your own content. Use merge fields to automatically insert lead or user information.
Using Email Templates:
For a Single Record: Navigate to the record in FreedomSoft. Select the contact’s email address, then click the Insert Template icon.
For an Email Broadcast: On the Compose Broadcast page, click the Insert Template icon to select your template.
