FreedomSoft’s Leads Inbox is a centralized screen inside your account that displays all inbound lead activity in one place—whether those leads come from phone calls, text messages, web form submissions, emails, or Zapier integrations. By using the Leads Inbox, you’ll never miss another lead or another payday.
Accessing the Leads Inbox
- Go to the Leads tab in your account.
- Click Leads Inbox.
Your inbound leads will appear with the most recent at the top. Phone call leads, text message leads, and web form submissions are all displayed together, making it simple to monitor activity.
Switching Between Seller and Buyer Leads

Hover over the Leads Inbox tab, and you’ll see two options: Seller Leads and Buyer Leads.

Seller Leads are the default for all users, but you can change the default to Buyer Leads by clicking the star icon to turn it green.

Each team member in your FreedomSoft account can set their own default, depending on which type of lead they handle most often.
Active Conversations (Phone & SMS Activity)

To quickly view recent inbound calls and text messages, click the orange Active Conversations button.
Note: long time FreedomSoft users will recognize that is what used to be called the Notifications page.

This page filters out leads from web forms and other online sources, showing only phone-related activity.

Minimize the popup window by clicking the – icon in the upper-left or the blue Leads Inbox button on the right.

When minimized, a cell phone icon will remain visible at the bottom. Click it to reopen the window.
- Close the popup by clicking the X icon.
Viewing Campaigns

To see your lead capture campaigns, click the Campaigns tab (located next to the Leads Inbox tab).
- From here, you can create a new campaign by clicking the blue New Campaign button.
Organizing Leads with Groups
- On the Leads Inbox page, click the gear icon to edit Groups.

Click New Group to add one.

Reorder Groups by dragging the 3 dots icon.

Be sure to click Save Changes when done.
To move leads into Groups:

Select the leads you want to organize.

Use Move To to place them exclusively in one group.

Use Copy To to allow leads to appear in multiple groups.
Searching Leads

Use the basic search bar on the Leads Inbox page for quick results.
- For more specific filtering, click the funnel icon to access Advanced Search options.
