In real estate investing, it’s common for multiple people to be involved in the same deal. FreedomSoft makes it easy to add spouses, business partners, agents, or additional contacts to a single record so you can keep all communication and details organized. This feature works across Seller, Buyer, and Contact records.
Examples of when you may need multiple contacts on a record:

Spouse or significant other tied to a property

Multiple business owners

Siblings or other family members involved in a sale

Owner and listing agent

Additional title company contacts

Multiple real estate agents on the same team
Steps to Add Multiple Owners/Contacts:
1. Navigate to a Seller, Buyer, or Contact record in FreedomSoft. On the Lead Details, Buyer Details, or Contact Details page, click the green + icon.
2. Enter the information for the additional person, then click the check mark icon to save.
Example: Both John and Jane Smith are now listed as sellers on the same lead record.
3. The added contact will appear as a new tab within the record. To mark someone as the Primary Contact, click the star icon.
4. Go to the Communications area. You’ll now see separate tabs/threads for each contact tied to the record, making it easy to keep conversations organized.
5. In the FreedomSoft mobile app, you can also view and toggle between multiple owners/contacts. Use the forward and backward arrows on the record to navigate. If no additional contacts are tied to the record, these arrows won’t appear.
Adding multiple owners or contacts ensures that you capture every key party in the transaction and keep your records accurate, both in the desktop and mobile versions of FreedomSoft.
