Overview
The FreedomSoft Leads Inbox + Active Conversations layout is designed to simplify lead management in FreedomSoft, streamline your daily activity, and put the hottest opportunities at the top of your inbox.
What Is the Leads Inbox?
The Leads Inbox functions like an email inbox, where the most recent activity always appears at the top. This makes managing leads faster and easier for you and your team. Legacy users can toggle the Leads Inbox on in Settings.
The Leads Inbox remains fully permission-controlled. Lead Campaigns will continue to track and organize records, keeping everything centrally located for your team.
What Are Active Conversations?
The current Notifications page has been transformed into Active Conversations, which appears as a floating pop-up. You can instantly access it from any page.
The Active Conversations pop-up retains all the functionality of the Notifications page but is faster, more efficient, and accessible with a single click.
