FreedomSoft gives you the flexibility to move Seller and Buyer records between Lists and Workspaces. This makes it simple to combine lists, assign leads to team members, or reorganize your records as your business grows.
Why Move Records?
There are multiple reasons for this functionality. Here are two common examples:

Move Between Lists: If you created two separate vacant property lists in the same market but later decide to combine them, records from one list can easily be moved into the other.

Move From List to Workspace: If a new list was built and skip traced, you can quickly move those records into a sales team member’s Workspace so they can begin calling prospects.
Important: Records cannot be moved or distributed into Campaigns. Campaigns are designed only to capture inbound leads, preserving the integrity of the Leads Inbox in FreedomSoft.
Steps to Move Records
- Click into the List or Workspace that contains the records you want to move. Select the records by checking the boxes.
- Hover over the Distribute To button, select the Lists and/or Workspaces where you want the records to go, and click Apply.
- With the same records still selected, hover over the Remove From button, select the List or Workspace the records currently live in, and click Apply.
The selected records will now be fully moved into the new List or Workspace you selected.
Note on Duplicates
If you only complete the Distribute To step, the records will live in multiple Lists and/or Workspaces simultaneously. The records will not be duplicated, but they will be accessible from each of the locations you chose.
