The automation built into the MailNow direct mail system sets FreedomSoft apart from a typical mailing house. With built-in templates and automated sequences, sending direct mail is just a few clicks away—and this automation can dramatically improve the way you invest in real estate.
To send mail, simply navigate to the record or list of your choice, select the records you want, and click “Send Direct Mail.” It’s that easy.
What Are Mail Sequences?
Mail sequences are the backbone of the system. A sequence is a series of one or more mailers that sends automatically after a time delay you choose. Sequences can also be set to repeat.
Single-Step Sequence
A single-step sequence has just one mailer. You choose the time delay, and the system sends the piece automatically.
Example: A single postcard that says “We Buy Houses” with a delay of 0 days. As soon as you add a record to the sequence, the postcard is mailed immediately.
Multi-Step Sequence
A multi-step sequence contains multiple mailers, each spaced out by a delay you set.
Example: The pre-built “Tired Landlord” sequence sends five postcards to absentee owners—at 0, 30, 60, 90, and 120 days. Each piece is written to address the unique motivation of a tired landlord, and the system handles the timing automatically.
