Cold calling remains one of the most effective ways to generate motivated seller leads. With FreedomSoft’s Click-2-Call Dialer, you can set up cold calling campaigns, call directly from within your account, and even follow up with opted-in leads via SMS.
When using the Click-2-Call Dialer, we recommend:

Call only during legal calling hours.

Scrub all lists against the national Do Not Call (DNC) Registry and avoid calling numbers on the DNC list.

Maintain an active SAN number to stay compliant.
How to Set Up a Click-to-Call Dialer Campaign
Step 1 – Select Your Records
Navigate to the List, Campaign, or Workspace that contains the records you want to call. Select them, then click New Click-2-Call Dialer under the orange More Actions button.
Step 2 – Name and Configure Your Campaign

Give your dialer campaign a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “St Louis Vacant List – 3/1/24”).

Choose your From Number. You can select numbers already linked to Campaigns or open numbers. Using a Campaign-linked number is recommended for better tracking.
Notes:

If no Campaign exists, you can create one by selecting Create New.

If you don’t yet have a FreedomSoft phone number, click Add & Manage Phone Numbers to purchase one.
Step 3 – Recipients and Message Options

Your selected records will automatically populate as recipients.

If your leads are opted in, you may also send a follow-up SMS (requires carrier-approved Business Registration).

Optional: check boxes to exclude numbers flagged as DNC or Litigator by FreedomSoft’s skip tracing system.
Step 4 – Start Calling
Click the blue Call buttons to begin dialing through your list. After each call, update the record’s status appropriately:

Contact Attempt 1 – if you left a message.

Appointment Scheduled – if you set a follow-up call or meeting.

Update accordingly for other outcomes.
If you speak with an interested seller, mark the record as a Lead using the lead icon.
Step 5 – Track Your Campaign
As you call, FreedomSoft displays calling statistics at the top of the page.
To revisit your dialer campaign later, go to the Marketing tab > Click-2-Call Dialer.
