While FreedomSoft does not send out ringless voicemail (RVM) messages, you can still capture RVM leads directly inside your account. By linking a FreedomSoft number to a Campaign, all inbound replies from your RVM will flow into your system for tracking and follow-up.
Steps to Capture RVM Leads
Go to Leads > Leads Inbox.
Click the Campaigns tab, then select New Campaign.
Fill out the form for your new Campaign and link a FreedomSoft number. This number will serve as the “from” number for your RVM.
Click the blue Create Campaign button when finished.
Use the linked FreedomSoft number when sending your RVM. All inbound calls and texts will be automatically captured inside that Campaign in your FreedomSoft account.
