Lists in FreedomSoft are where you store both Seller and Buyer prospect records.
Prospects are people who have not yet responded to your marketing. Once they respond, they become Leads and are captured in Campaigns.

Viewing Your Lists

Navigate to the Leads tab.

Click All Lists to view your current Lists.
The My Lists page displays key columns that give you an overview of each List:

Name – shows the name of the List. Click the name to enter that List.

# Leads – shows how many leads have been generated from each List.

# Prospects – shows the total number of prospects currently in the List.

Type – shows the specific List type chosen when the List was created.

Target – identifies whether the List holds Seller or Buyer prospects.

Created At – shows the date the List was created.
Creating a New List
- From the My Lists page, click the blue New List button.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Click the blue Save button to create your List.
Using the List Dashboard
When you click into a List, you’ll see the Visual Dashboard, which shows the statuses of every record in that List.
On the right side of the screen, you’ll see three blue buttons:

Add New – manually add prospects to the List one at a time.

Import – import prospect records (see article on importing data into FreedomSoft).

View All – view all prospect records in the List.
