Tracking Records & Leads with Last Communication
This field helps you track records and leads, ensuring you and your team maintain active communication.
You can also use it to search/find records that you recall communicating with in the past.
Sorting & Filtering by Last Communication
You can also click on Last Communication in the column header bar to filter/sort the data on the screen by newest to oldest or oldest to newest.
