Campaigns are used to CAPTURE leads from the marketing campaigns you initiate from your LISTS. After grabbing a segment of prospects from a LIST for marketing, you capture the INBOUND Leads from that marketing effort in a CAMPAIGN. This allows you to track the performance of different campaigns and determine the marketing strategies that lead to the best results.
- You ALWAYS link a FreedomSoft Phone Number to a Campaign because that's how you capture the inbound leads.
Navigate to Your Campaigns:
1) From the home page, select "My Pipeline" under the Leads tab.
2) Select "Campaigns" to view all campaigns.
From here you can also:
- Create a "New Lead Campaign"
- Import Leads into a campaign from an external source.
