On the SMS & Voicemail Notifications page, you can manage incoming messages to keep your workspace clean.
You have three options for handling notifications:

Hide – Removes the notification from the notifications view but keeps all communications in the lead record’s Communication area.

Mark as Read – Marks the notification as handled.

Mark as Unread – Keeps the notification flagged for follow-up.
Note: The Hide option is not a true delete. To permanently remove communications, you would need to delete the entire lead record.
