In FreedomSoft, statuses created through Workflow Automation can often have follow-up actions attached—such as a text or email that gets queued to send. FreedomSoft alerts you when pending messages are ready so you can quickly review and send them.
Accessing Pending Messages
- If you already have pending messages, click the yellow alert bar that appears at the top of any FreedomSoft page.
- You can also access pending messages by navigating to the Marketing tab and selecting Follow-Up.
Managing Pending Messages
- From the Follow-Up page, you can choose to send or skip any pending messages in the queue.
- FreedomSoft also provides the option to cold call the contact at this stage.
Regularly checking and clearing your pending messages ensures timely follow-up with leads and keeps your communication process running smoothly.
