It is highly likely that a Status from FreedomSoft's Workflow Automation has a follow up action attached to it. This could either be a follow up text or email that queues up to send. FreedomSoft will alert you when one of these messages are queued up and ready to be sent!
Navigate to your pending messages:
1) If you already have pending messages, Select the Yellow alert bar that appears at the top of any FreedomSoft page.
You can also find this feature by selecting "Follow-Up" under the Marketing Tab.
2) On the next screen, you have the option to send and or skip over any pending messages that are queued up to send. FreedomSoft also gives you the option to cold call at this time too.
