The Notifications area in FreedomSoft helps you stay on top of incoming text replies and voicemails. From here, you can read, respond, and manage communication efficiently.
Navigating to Notifications
On the home page, click the SMS phone icon.
The next screen will display all incoming texts and voicemails in your account. Click on a message to open and reply.
Additional Actions Available
From the Notifications page, you can:

Edit the status of the lead record.

Mark messages as Hidden, Read, or Unread.

Filter messages by Read Status or Campaign.
FreedomSoft’s Notifications area ensures you never miss important communication and gives you full control over how messages are managed.
