Inside Smart Search, FreedomSoft’s AI Dig Tool automatically uncovers potential deals for you based on the property you’re viewing in a Property Snapshot. For example, if you open the Snapshot for the most recent deal you closed, the system will instantly display 8 similar opportunities for you to pursue—no extra work required.
When you identify a property that looks promising, you can add it directly to your Opportunities List. FreedomSoft will then bring that record into your Pipeline, making it easy to track and follow up.
Adding a Property to Your Opportunities List

Open a Property Snapshot in Smart Search.

Click the Add to Lead List button. The property will be saved in a default list called My Opportunities.

Add one or multiple properties this way.

Navigate to your Pipeline, where the new records will appear in the My Opportunities list.
