What is a Deal Score?
FreedomSoft uses proprietary AI technology to generate a Deal Score for every 1-4 unit residential property across the country. Your Deal Score helps you quickly assess seller motivation, prioritize your lead lists, and focus on the highest-quality opportunities.
Note that Deal Scores are not currently available for vacant land.
Deal Score Categories
Deal Scores are the measure between 0 and 100 of a seller's motivation to sell. The higher the Deal Score, the more motivated the seller likely is.
Deal Scores are broken into 5 Categories:
- Low (0-24) - No motivation present. Likely not a seller.
- Moderate (25-49) - Early signs of interest. Light nurture or monitor for activity.
- Emerging (50-59) - Some intent detected. Worth follow up.
- Strong (60-84) - Signals are stacking. Seller is likely motivated.
- High (85-100) - Priority motivation. Ready for contact, automation or offer.
You'll see the Deal Score posted in 2 different places inside FreedomSoft. To access Deal Score for any property, simply open the property record or view the Property Snapshot.
The first is when you click into any 1-4 unit property record.
The other is when you open the Property Snapshot.
There are 2 main ways you should be immediately using Deal Scores in FreedomSoft.
Using Deal Scores in Lead Finder
You can enter a desired Deal Score range when building lists using the Lead Finder tool. Click the little triangle icon to open up the Deal Score section and then simply add your minimum and/or maximum numbers.
Filtering Your Lists with Deal Scores
You can use Deal Score as an Advanced Filter to further organize every seller list inside your FreedomSoft account. What this means is that you can now run an advanced search on every seller list in your account whether you built that list in FreedomSoft or imported it.
