Reports are the customizable widgets that power everything you see inside your Command Center. Creating a new report lets you decide exactly what data you want FreedomOS to analyze and display on your KPI Dashboard.
Step 1: Go to KPI Dashboard Settings
Open FreedomSoft - Navigate to Settings
Click KPI Dashboard -This is where all your report templates and custom report settings live.
Step 2: Choose “New KPI Report”
You’ll see four types of report categories, all powered by FreedomOS:
Pipeline Reports - Track stages, statuses, record flow, bottlenecks, and conversions.
Performance Reports - Response rate, appointment rate, offer rate, productivity metrics.
Financial Reports - Expected revenue, actual revenue, revenue variance, cost per lead, revenue per deal, and more.
Custom Build - A blank canvas to build exactly what you need.
Step 3: Select a Template
Templates are fully customizable — they simply give you a structured framework to start from. Every template pulls from the FreedomOS architecture on the backend.
Step 4: Configure Your Report
You control:
Dimensions
- Account-wide
- By campaign
- By user
Timeframes
- Real-time
- Historical (last 7, 30, 90 days, etc.)
- Forecast (future-facing based on date fields)
Metrics
- Statuses
- Fields
- Dates
- Indicators specific to your business workflow.
Step 5: Name It and Save It
Give your report a clear name (i.e. Revenue Variance – This Quarter or Offers Made – L7D (User Level)
Once saved, this report becomes available to place as a widget on any page of your Command Center.
