FreedomSoft's Portfolio Tool gives quick insight into any owner’s portfolio—whether they’re a Seller or a Buyer. While you are viewing a record, FreedomSoft simultaneously searches to see if the owner has more than one property in their name. The Portfolio Tool then displays these properties, whether they are local or across the country.

Using the Portfolio Tool in Smart Search
- Search for any property nationwide using Smart Search.
- Scroll down to the Portfolio Tool.
- If the owner has multiple properties, you can navigate through them on the map. Click the Snapshot button to view details for each property.
Using the Portfolio Tool in a Seller or Buyer Record
- When viewing a record, scroll down and click Owned Properties in the left pane.
- If the owner has multiple properties, you can navigate through them on the map. Click the Snapshot button to see more details..
Using Advanced Search Filters with Portfolios
- Navigate to a List or Campaign in your Pipeline.
- Click View All to see all records within that Pipeline.
- Select the Advanced Search gear icon to open filters.
- Add a new filter and scroll down to activate either of the portfolio filters:

Owned Properties filter: shows or filters buyers that own a specific number of properties.

Purchased Properties filter: filters buyers based on when they purchased properties.
