FreedomSoft’s Call Recording feature allows you to record phone calls made by you or your team.
Follow the simple steps below to enable call recording on one or all of your FreedomSoft numbers.
How to Enable Call Recording:
1. Hover over your name in the top section of any screen and click Settings.
2. Click "Phone" in the left pane.
3. Click the sound wave icon next to the phone number of your choice.
4. Click the switch and it will turn green as pictured below. Be sure to read the information in the light red box as different states handle call recording differently.
Listening to Recorded Calls
To listen to a recorded call, navigate to one of the following places in your account:
To find all recorded calls associated with a given phone number in your account, go back to the Phone page in Settings and again click the sound wave icon.
You can also find recorded calls for any of the records in your account by navigating to a single record and clicking Communications on the left side of the screen.
Also note the two icons pictured below. The box with the arrow will open up the record where that recorded call took place. And the downward pointing arrow will allow you to download the recorded call.
