FreedomSoft’s Call Recording feature allows you to record phone calls made by you or your team. Follow the simple steps below to enable call recording on one or all phone numbers in your account.
How to Enable Call Recording:
1) Hover over your name in the top right of any screen.
2) Click “Settings.”
3) Click "Phone" in the left pane.
4) Click the sound wave icon next to the phone number of your choice.
5) Toggle on "Enable call recording for this phone number.”
Listening to Recorded Calls
To listen to a recorded call, navigate to one of the following places in your account:
- To find all recorded calls associated with a given phone number in your account, go back to the "Call Recording" settings area as shown in the steps above.
- To find specific calls, navigate to the applicable Lead Record and select "Communications" in the left pane.
