Adding numbers to your internal Do Not Call (DNC) list prevents any user in your FreedomSoft account from calling or sending SMS/text messages to that number.
Ways to Add Numbers to the Internal DNC List
Option 1 – From a Record
-
Open a record in FreedomSoft and click the Do Not Call icon to add that number to the DNC list.
-
Once added, the number will be highlighted in red on the Lead Details page.
Option 2 – From Phone Settings
1. Hover over your name at the top of any screen and click Settings.
2. Select Phone in the left pane.
3. Click the Do Not Call tab in the middle of the screen.
4. Add a number by clicking the blue + icon, entering the number, and then clicking Add to Do Not Call List.
You can also:
-
Export your FreedomSoft DNC list.
-
Import a DNC list from another system using the green options shown in Settings.
Removing Numbers from the DNC List
-
If you or your team added a number, simply click the X icon next to it to remove it.
-
⚠️ However, if a contact texts the word STOP to one of your FreedomSoft numbers, the connection is broken at the carrier level. In that case, the only way to restore communication is for the contact to text START.
