FreedomSoft’s Call Recording feature allows you to record phone calls made by you or your team. Recording calls can help with training, quality control, and keeping accurate communication records.
How to Enable Call Recording
1. Hover over your name at the top of any screen and click Settings.
2. Select Phone in the left pane.
3. Click the sound wave icon next to the phone number of your choice.
4. Click the switch to turn it on (green). Be sure to read the note in the red box, as call recording laws vary by state.
Listening to Recorded Calls
You can listen to recorded calls in two ways:

From the Phone page in Settings: Return to the Phone page, click the sound wave icon, and view all recordings for that number.
- From a specific record: Open a record, then click Communications in the left sidebar to access calls tied to that record

The box with arrow opens the record where the call took place.

The downward arrow lets you download the recording.
