If your current phone provider uses Twilio, you can transfer (port) your numbers into FreedomSoft by following the steps below. This process uses Twilio’s Sub-Account ID (SID) to move your numbers between carriers.
Part 1 – Gather Required Information

Request your SID:
Contact your current phone provider and ask for the Sub-Account ID (SID) associated with your numbers. -
Submit a FreedomSoft support ticket:
Send an email to support@freedomsoft.com with the subject line:
Twilio Phone PortInclude:

The SID number from your current provider

A list of the phone numbers you want transferred into FreedomSoft

Receive your FreedomSoft SID:
Our support team will reply to your ticket with the SID assigned to your FreedomSoft account.
Part 2 – Request the Port with Your Carrier
Next, contact your current phone provider and request the port/transfer using the email template below. Be sure to replace the placeholders with your details.
