Running Comparable Sales on a Record or Property

From Lead Finder: After adding prospects to a list, open the prospect or record and select Comparable Sales from the left pane. You’ll see the FreedomSoft Estimated Value, along with the option to build your own custom comps report. Watch the video below to see the process in action!
- From Smart Search or Snapshot: If you search for a property via Smart Search or click the Snapshot button from a lead record, comps will be generated automatically. Just scroll down to the Sales and Rental Comps section within the Property Snapshot to view results.
