Campaigns are where inbound seller and buyer leads are captured and organized. Link your phone numbers and web forms to campaigns so every call, text, and form submission lands in the right place—and monitor all activity in the Leads Inbox (overview HERE).
Accessing Campaigns
- Go to the Leads tab and click Leads Inbox.
- Click the Campaigns tab.
Viewing a Campaign
• Click any campaign name to open the Visual Leads Dashboard and see statuses for all leads in that campaign.
Creating a New Campaign
- On the Campaigns tab, click the blue New Campaign button.
- Complete the fields one at a time (name, target, etc.) for correct setup.
- Click Create Leads Campaign to save.
Seller vs. Buyer Campaigns
• For buyer-focused capture, set Campaign Target to Buyer when creating the campaign.
Link Numbers & Web Forms (Recommended)
• Link FreedomSoft phone numbers and/or web forms to each campaign so inbound phone calls, SMS messages, and web submissions are automatically routed and tracked.
