Campaigns in FreedomSoft are used to capture inbound seller and buyer leads.
Because of this, FreedomSoft phone numbers and FreedomSoft web forms should be connected/linked to FreedomSoft campaigns which keeps your inbound leads organized for you as they come in.
You'll also want to get familiar with FreedomSoft's Leads Inbox which will show every inbound lead regardless of where that lead is coming from.

To navigate to your current Campaigns, or to create a new one, click Leads Inbox from the Leads tab in your account.
Then click on the Campaigns tab.
To click into one of your Campaigns, simply click the name and you'll be taken do the Visual Leads Dashboard where you can see all statuses for the leads in the Campaign.
To create a new Campaign, click the blue New Campaign button.
When creating a new Campaign, fill out the applicable fields one at a time so that your Campaigns get set up correctly the first time.
Click the blue Create Leads Campaign button when finished and your new campaign will be created.
Note that you'll change the Campaign Target to Buyer for a buyer Campaign.
Also Note that you have the ability to link/connect FreedomSoft phone numbers and web forms to a campaign which is recommended for keeping your inbound phone call, SMS/text message and web based leads organized.
