Overview
The confirmation process in FreedomSoft ensures you have permission to communicate with your leads, which is required for compliance with broadcast messaging. This helps maintain SMS compliance and ensures your email broadcast confirmations meet industry standards.
The screenshot below shows what the opt-in process looks like inside FreedomSoft.
By clicking ‘Yes, I do have permission,’ you acknowledge the statement above before selecting the blue Confirm Opt-in button.
Confirming a Single Lead
If you need to confirm leads in FreedomSoft one at a time, simply click the confirmation icon as shown below. This is useful for quick SMS opt-in or email opt-in updates when working with individual records.
Confirming Leads in Bulk
You can also bulk confirm leads in FreedomSoft by selecting multiple records and then choosing Confirm Records from the orange More Actions button. This method is faster when you’re preparing large lists for SMS broadcasts or email broadcast confirmations.
