Merge Fields in FreedomSoft allow you to automatically insert personalized information into your SMS broadcasts. Instead of manually typing details like a seller’s name or property address, Merge Fields pull that data directly from your FreedomSoft account. This makes your communication faster, more accurate, and more personal—helping you connect more effectively with leads at scale.
For example, using the Primary Contact Name merge field will automatically place the first name of each lead into the outgoing message.
Adding Merge Fields
In the message portion of an SMS Broadcast, you’ll see four categories of merge fields:

You – fields about you

Seller Leads / Properties / Rehabbers GPS – fields about sellers and their properties

Buyer Leads / Buyers – fields about buyers

Spin Text – insert a rotating word or phrase
Knowing what information you want FreedomSoft to autofill will help you pick the correct category.
Select one of the categories to open a drop-down menu of all available merge fields.
Click on the merge field to insert it into your message.
When the broadcast is sent, FreedomSoft will automatically fill in the placeholders with the correct information, such as a lead’s first name and property address.
