Overview
U.S.-based phone carriers now filter certain SMS blocked keywords and phrases to prevent spam and non-compliant messages. If your message contains one of these terms, it will not be delivered to your lead or customer.
To prevent delivery failures, FreedomSoft will automatically show an error if you try to send an SMS/text containing these words, prompting you to rewrite the message.

Why These Are Filtered
Carriers block these terms to reduce spam and fraudulent messaging. Messages containing these keywords or phrases are flagged as non-compliant and will not reach your leads or customers.
