Direct Mail Credit System: Auto-Recharge
If you love automation, you’ll love the Auto-Recharge feature built into FreedomSoft’s Direct Mail system. This feature was created to ensure that there is no interruption in the deliverability of your marketing efforts.
The direct mail system in FreedomSoft uses a credits-based payment system. This means you will add credits to your account and then use those credits to send direct mail. If you run out of credits, you can’t send mail. That’s where auto-recharge comes into play…
Let’s see an example of how this works:
In the screenshot below, the user set the auto-recharge feature to kick in when credits drop below 100 and to bring their credits back up to 1,000.
You have full control over the Auto-Recharge settings. Not only can you toggle Auto-Recharge on and off as desired, but you can also control the numbers as pictured above. For example, you may choose that when your credits drop below 100, the system will automatically bring you back up to 1,000 credits.
How to Turn On Auto-Recharge:
1) Go to the “Settings” page in your FreedomSoft account, click “Mail Sequences” on the left side of the screen and you will see the “Auto-Recharge” toggle in the upper, right portion of the page.
2) Toggle Auto-Recharge “On.” From here, you can adjust the Auto-Recharge settings.
