The Snapshot tool in FreedomSoft lets you quickly open detailed property data and supporting tools with just one click. A Snapshot displays key information such as ownership, mortgage details, comps, assessor data, tax information, and sales history—all in one place.
Opening a Snapshot
You can access a Snapshot in several ways:

Smart Search Bar – Enter any property address in the Smart Search Bar.
- Spreadsheet View – Click the “Snapshot” pop-out icon when viewing records in a list, campaign, or other spreadsheet-style view.

Property Record – Open any record inside FreedomSoft and click the “View Snapshot” button.
- Comps Tool – When viewing comparable properties, click the “Snapshot” pop-out icon to open full property details.
With these options, Snapshots make it easy to research properties and analyze comps without leaving your FreedomSoft account.
