After sending out an email broadcast, some addresses may fail to deliver, bounce back, or be flagged as invalid. FreedomSoft’s Email Report makes it easy to locate these problem addresses, update or remove them, and ensure better deliverability in future broadcasts.
Once an email address is categorized in the report, FreedomSoft will automatically exclude it from future sends, which improves overall deliverability and list quality.
Accessing the Email Report
- Hover over the Reports tab on the home screen and select Email Report.
- Review the error tabs to find and fix problematic email addresses.
Understanding the Tabs
-
Failed To Send – Includes addresses that failed immediately due to known errors (e.g., invalid format). You can fix these by editing or removing the address. Additional details appear in the message column.
-
Bounced – Contains addresses reported as undeliverable by the recipient’s mail server.
-
Complaints – Shows addresses flagged as spam complaints by the recipient’s mail server.
-
Resolved – Contains records where a failed or bounced address was corrected with an updated email.
-
Deleted – Contains records where the invalid email address was removed.
