After sending out an email, it is sometimes likely that a recipient will bounce, fail to receive, or just be a bad email address all together. With FreedomSoft's Email Report, you can quickly locate, edit, or delete email addresses that have failed to send or bounced from an email broadcast. Any email address that is placed in its' appropriate tab on the report will no longer try to attempt on any future broadcasts; This way all broadcast in the future will always have improved deliverability.
How to utilize the Email Report
1. Navigate to the report by hovering over the "Reports" tab on the home screen.
2. Find and Fix any potential emails that have populated in their associated error tabs.
Failed To Send - Will include any errors that caused emails not to be sent that we knew about immediately (And can be fixed by the user by either updating or removing an email). Will also include some context in the message column as to what happened.
Bounced - Will contain bounced email records that were reported as a bounce along with a message from the email server.
Complaints - Will contain bounced email records that were reported as spam messages by the email server.
Resolved - Will contain bounced email reports that have been resolved by updating an email address.
Deleted - Will contain bounced email reports that have been resolved by deleting an email address.
