If you ever need to remove a user from your FreedomSoft account, the process is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below:
Steps to Delete a User
1) Hover over your name in the top-right corner of any screen.
2) Click Settings.
3) Select People in the left pane.
4) Click Delete beside the user that you want to remove, then confirm on the next screen.
What Happens After a User Is Deleted

Leads — The account owner will still be able to see the leads that were previously associated with the deleted user, as long as no one else had permissions to those leads. These leads can then be reassigned.

Tasks — If tasks were assigned to the deleted user, the assignment is removed so they are visible to everyone. The account owner can then reassign them as needed.
Deleting users keeps your account organized and ensures leads and tasks remain properly managed.
