Assigning a phone number (or multiple numbers) to a Campaign is critical for tracking inbound calls and texts. When a number is linked to a Campaign, all activity through that number will be automatically tracked inside the Campaign—keeping your lead management clean and organized.
How to Assign a Number to a Campaign
1) During Campaign Creation
When creating a new Campaign, you’ll have the option to choose from any available phone numbers that are not yet assigned.
2) Editing an Existing Campaign
You can also assign or change a number when viewing an existing Campaign by clicking into its settings.
Important Note
A single phone number cannot be assigned to more than one Campaign at a time. Assign unique numbers to each Campaign for accurate tracking and reporting.
