Most FreedomSoft users use our internal FreedomSoft phone system. It’s simple to use, capable of handling a wide range of business needs, and already fully integrated within each account.
However, some users choose to use an external dialer/phone system along with their FreedomSoft account and so below are two methods of integration
1. The first method would be use Zapier but this method has 2 conditions.
- You'll need to be on a Grow or Scale level FreedomSoft plan. You can view the plans HERE.
- The external phone system also needs to be connected to Zapier. Most large phone systems are compatible with Zapier, but not all of them.
2. The second method would be to build a custom FreedomSoft web form that your sales/acquisitions team would use to submit leads when they find one using your external phone system.
