Whether you are a team of 2 or 20+, FreedomSoft can help you manage and distribute leads to your team in 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Create a new Workspace for your team member called "WORKSPACE: (their name)". To see a full tutorial on Workspaces, click HERE.
Step 2: Invite the team member into your FreedomSoft account and ONLY give them access to their new Workspace. For information on how to add users to your account, click HERE.
Step 3: Create a new, custom Status in the Workflow Automation tool called "Distribute to (their name)" and then tie the Distribute To Action item to the Status and select their Workspace campaign. Below are the steps.
- Go to the Settings page and click Workflow Automation on the left side of the screen.
- Click the edit icon for the Workflow that you wan to add the custom status to.
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click the Add Status Set button.
- Click the Add Custom Status option.
- Name the status "Distribute to (insert name) Workspace" and then click the blue + icon.
- Select the Distribute To Workspace action item.
- Select the team member's Workspace from the drop down and click the blue Add Action button.
- Click the blue Update Workflow button to save.
Now that your custom status has been created, distributing records to a team member's work space is simple.
Select the records you want moved from any List or Campaign in the account and click Update Status which is found in the orange More Actions button.
Select the status from the drop down and click the blue Update Status button. The records will be automatically moved over to the correct team member's Workspace.
If you have multiple team members, simply repeat the steps above for each one.
Once set up, any leads manager on the team will remain perfectly organized as they distribute records and leads to the other members of the team.
