Wanting to listen back on calls you and your team have made? Follow the easy steps below!
Enable Phone Call Recording:
1) Hover over your name in the top right of any screen.
2) Click “Settings”
3) Click "Phone" in the left pane.
4) Click the wave-like icon beside the phone number.
5) Toggle the "Enable call recording for this phone number".
6) To listen to a recorded call, Navigate to either place below:
- To find all recorded calls for a number, go back to the "Call Recording" Settings area from the steps above.
- To find specific calls, navigate to the Lead Record you talked to and select the "Communications" option in the left pane.
