Lists in FreedomSoft are where you'll store both Seller and Buyer prospect records.
Prospects are people who have yet to respond to your marketing as those are called Leads in FreedomSoft and get captured in Campaigns.

To view your current Lists in FreedomSoft, go to the Leads tab and click All Lists.
The columns on the My Lists page give you an overview of your Lists in FreedomSoft.
- Name - shows the name of the list. You can also click on the name to enter into that particular List.
- # Leads - shows how many leads have been generated from each list.
- # Prospects - shows the total number of prospects currently in the list.
- Type - shows the specific List type that was selected when the List was created.
- Target - shows if the List has been built to hold Seller or Buyer prospects.
- Created At - shows the date the List was created.
To create a new List, click the blue New List button on the left side of the screen.
Fill out each field and then click the blue button at the bottom to save and your List will be created.
Once your Lists have been created, you can click into any of them to view the Visual Dashboard showing you every status currently in that particular List.
Notice the 3 blue buttons on the right side of the screen.
- Add New - allows you to manually add prospects to the list one at a time.
- Import - allows you to import prospect records. For more information on importing data into FreedomSoft, click HERE.
- View All - allows you to see all prospect records in the list.
Lists in FreedomSoft work alongside Campaigns and Workspaces.
