Using Lead Finder Credits

If you have questions about how Lead Finder works, and how many free leads you get each month...

Here's the answer:

Each month, you get between 3,000 to 12,000 free lead credits included with your subscription (depending on your subscription level) so you can download leads from Lead Finder.

You can do an unlimited number of nationwide searches, and credits are ONLY USED when the leads are actually added to a Lead Campaign.

Here are the subscription level options:

F$ Max Investor

 - $197/m
 - 3,000 lead credits/m (unlimited searches)
 - 10 cents per lead for overage

NOTE: This is best for an individual investor as we have found that the 3,000 lead limit is a really good number of leads that someone can work each month.

F$ Max Professional

 - $297/m
 - 6,000 lead credits/m (unlimited searches)
 - 3 cents per lead for overage

NOTE: This is best for an investor with a small team of acquisitions professionals working leads as the free lead limit doubles, and you lock in a 70% discount for leads purchased over the limit.

F$ Max Enterprise

 - $497/m
 - 12,000 lead credits/m (unlimited searches)
 - 3 cents per lead for overage

NOTE: This is best for an active investor with a growing team, or that is working in multiple markets. With a 400% increase in free leads, and a 70% discount on overage pricing, this plan will help you scale.

Remember, you only use your monthly credits when you add leads to a Lead Campaign, so you can do an unlimited number of searches.

If you do a search and decide you want to add more leads to a Lead Campaign than you have available in credits for the month, you will be prompted to either:

(1) buy the overage in a one-off purchase, or (2) upgrade your subscription level as noted above.

So, if you plan to use Lead Finder every month and want more than the 3,000 lead limit for the Freedomsoft MAX Investor plan, it's a no-brainer to upgrade your subscription to the next subscription level.
