FreedomSoft gives you the ability to store both your buyer prospects and your active buyers.
- A buyer prospect would be a potential buyer that you haven't spoken with yet.
- An active buyer would be a buyer that you have communicated with and one who has confirmed that they would like you to send them deals to look at.
Buyer prospects in FreedomSoft will be stored in the Leads tab in a buyer list.

Your active buyers who want to see deals from you will be stored in the Buyers tab to keep them separate from the buyer prospects.
When you build a list of buyers using FreedomSoft's Lead Finder tool, the records will be placed into the Leads tab since these would be considered buyer prospects.

Then, as you communicate with each buyer and verify that they would like you to send them potential deals to purchase, you can move them over to the Buyers tab using the Convert To Buyer option found in the orange More Actions button.
If/when you meet a new buyer who wants to see deals from you, you'll add them straight to the Buyers tab by clicking the blue Add Buyer button.
If you are bringing active buyers into FreedomSoft from another system, you can import them straight into the Buyers tab by clicking on Import List.

You also have the ability to import buyer prospects into FreedomSoft by clicking into a buyer list in the Leads tab and clicking the Import button.
