Direct Mail Credit System: Auto-Reload
If you love automation, you’ll love the Auto-Reload feature built into FreedomSoft’s Direct Mail system.
This feature was created to ensure that there is no interruption in the deliverability of your marketing efforts.
The direct mail system in FreedomSoft uses a credits-based payment system. This means you will add credits to your account and then use those credits to send direct mail.
If you run out of credits, you can’t send mail. That’s where auto-recharge comes into play…
Example:
In the screenshot below, when direct mail credits drop down below 100, there is $1,000 dollars in more credits that get automatically purchased and added to the account.
You have full control over the Auto-Reload settings.
Not only can you toggle Auto-Reload on and off as desired, but you can also control the numbers as pictured above.
How to Turn On Auto-Reload:
1) Go to the “Settings” page in your FreedomSoft account, click “Mail Sequences” on the left side of the screen and you will see the “Auto-Recharge” toggle in the upper, right portion of the page.
2) Toggle Auto-Reload “On.” From here, you can adjust the Auto-Reload settings.
