In FreedomSoft, there are Lists, Campaigns, and Workspaces. Depending on which you are looking at, you will either be working with Prospects or Leads.
What is a Prospect?
Prospects are any records on a list that haven't yet responded to outbound marketing. Think of these as potential leads.
On a List, you can always see your bucket of prospects and how many leads have been generated from your marketing efforts.
What is a Lead?
A Lead in FreedomSoft is any Prospect that has replied to marketing and has been captured inbound by the system automatically - via inbound call, text, webform, etc. These captured leads will be stored in a Campaign or Workspace.
On a Campaign, you can always see the amount of inbound leads you are working on.
Importing Records:
When you import records from somewhere else, you can choose whether you are importing Prospects into a List, or Leads into a Campaign.
